I just finished the 7th Harry Potter book again last night, and it just reminded me of how much I LOVE those books! Maybe it's the kid in me, but I just can't get enough of him. Call me a follower of the crowd, call me a nerd--I don't care! I just know they are fun books that help me escape the stress of life and work. Andrew has never read them, and I am in the process of persuading him to try them, or let me read them to him--something. I think our next road trip I'll sneak em into the CD player :) So, to anyone looking for a fun, easy read, I highly recommend them!
Also, we will definitely be taking a trip to Florida within the next couple of years--because the Universal Studios Orlando resort is opening a Harry Potter Land! It opens in 2009 and is set to include replicas of Hogwarts school, Hogsmeade village, and other prominent locations mentioned in the books. I am stoked! I grew up in Florida, so I have a good excuse to go back :) You can find an article about the upcoming attraction here.

Oh no Elle! We can bond about many things but I am afraid that Harry Potter is not one of them. I still love you though.... see you next week!
