Love the Lars

So, Andrew and I decided to rent a movie the other night. We originally wanted to rent "Baby Mama". The movie, however, has not been released on DVD yet! So, we stumbled upon "Lars and the Real Girl".

It's quarky, funny, romantic, and heartwarming. Strange, but a definite recommendation.

Hola!

Hello all...sorry for the delayed blogging. I returned to the wonderful US of A a week ago, after an amazing vacation in Cancun, Mexico!

The resort we stayed at was absolutely beautiful and had an array of perks--instant beach access, an endless supply of my fav drinks (diet Coke w/lime & Pina Coladas), incredible food, excellent service, and NO work!

My entire family went, including the three grandkids, and it was great to be all together. We hit up a different restaurant every night, died of heat while visiting some Mayan ruins, and even snorkeled with some barracudas and jellyfish! And it was incredibly humid--reminded me of my old home of Florida. So, it was quite an adventure, but after a week, I was glad to return home to the comforts of the USA and the company of my fiance :)

We had to wake up at 4 am to make it to the airport...

But we were so excited to go to Mexico, that we woke right up!

Mexico--HERE I COME! I will be in Cancun for a week with the fam. Excited to get out of Provo...but very sad that Andrew can't tag along! This is the longest we'll have ever been apart since we've been dating, and I hope I'll survive. I plan to come back unrecognizable due to my extreme tan. See you all in a week!

The Joys of Aunthood

Just a quick update--Jace and Braxton are getting closer to athletic stardom every day. Ashlyn is getting chubbier and cuter as we speak. I love being an aunt!
